in both Express Class (two positions) and First Class (one position).
A call for help button (see above) is located alongside each wheelchair
position.

areas in Express Class.

off at the clock arch which is situated outside the station, alongside
platform 1. (note that there are no lifts from London Underground platforms
into Paddington mainline station)

At Heathrow
There is a free service provided by Skycaps to provide
assistance to passengers with special needs. You can request wheelchair
push/provision or help with baggage in order to reach check-in. To pre-book
or organise assistance to and from our station at the airport, please
call Skycaps on 020 8745 6011/5727
4. Heathrow Express platforms There is induction
loop coverage at the stations at Heathrow for any public address announcements
in these areas. Moving on or off the platform you will need to pass through
a trolley barrier. These are designed to keep trolleys off our platforms
where they would prove dangerous, but once lifted, the barrier gives 1000mm
clear access. Just contact on of our Customer Service Representatives
who will lift the trolley barrier for you.
